If you’re an existing user with Pippen, here’s how to determine your eligibility and sign up for the Canada Health Infoway AI Scribe Program. Be sure to visit https://aiscribe.infoway-inforoute.ca/ for more details on the program, including FAQs.
1. Visit Canada Health Infoway’s national AI Scribe Program website and select your province or territory.
2. Follow the steps to determine program eligibility in your region, and if applicable, review the available AI scribe vendors.
3. If available and appropriate, select Pippen and sign in as normal through the Pippen web application.
4. Navigate to ‘AI Scribe Program’ on the left-hand menu panel (if you are using a mobile device, this will be located on the top right)
3. Fill out some basic information on Provider Type, Clinic Name, Province, Professional ID, EMR, and Postal Code
4. Read through and Agree to the Terms of Service and click ‘Sign Me Up!’
That’s it! Applications may take up to 10 business days to be approved. You can check the status of your application by clicking on ‘AI Scribe Program’ within the Pippen Platform at any time.
