Two updates for you:
1. Extended Login:
One feedback we have heard from our clinicians is that it is inconvenient to have to log in multiple times per day. Based on this feedback, we are happy to announce that you only need to login to Pippen once at the beginning of your day. This is already in effect and we hope this improves your workflow.
2. Exploring the Chat with Pippen Feature: Best Practices and Use Cases
There are two methods for the Chat with Pippen feature: a) Clicking the Arrow or b) using a right-handed prompt (Documentation, Differential, Treatment Options, Referrals, Billing). So how do you decide which method to use? We have a video below that explains this!
The main takeaway is that a right-hand prompt should be used if applicable (this will usually give you more accurate results) and use the Arrow for anything outside those categories.

Our Chat with Pippen feature is a powerful tool that can be used for many different applications, such as filling out forms, rephrasing the documentation, drafting accommodation letters, and many more. It can also be used to add more context when using the custom-made prompts (such as Documentation, Differential Diagnosis, and Referrals).
In this video, we demonstrate the two ways to use Chat with Pippen – either by clicking the Arrow or selecting one of the prompts in the right-hand menu – and show how each method can produce different outputs. Both options exit to offer flexibility to add context directly into the chat before submitting the request.
We go over a hypothetical case of weight management. After the recording is ended, the patient brings up another medical issue. We can use the Chat with Pippen to capture this information (using the microphone for speech-to-text). I show how the output is different when using the Arrow method versus Clicking on the prompt on the right-hand side.
Finally, I am sharing that we are working on a more intuitive design for using Chat with Pippen, so stay tuned for updates!
