How can a physician review past notes?
Physicians can easily access historical transcriptions within the timeframe they keep up to date with their records.
They can search for specific conversations, keywords like diagnoses, or the way their identify the encounter name eg. patient initials.
All they have to do is select the ‘History’ button on the left, and use the search bar.
We believe physicians should have full control over their patient records. We recommend, however, to create a scheduled frequency of data clean up.
The physician always retains control, with AI providing support, but the final decisions and review are made by the physician.
